Organised by EUROVISIONI, the session was hosted by Italian MEP Daniela Rondinelli of the S&D Group. It took place in Room ASP 3H1 of the European Parliament and featured MEPs speaking in the debates on the A.I. Act and the European Parliament Resolution of 21 November 2023. The latter concerns the recommendations to the Commission on the establishment of a European framework for the social and professional situation of artists and workers in the cultural and creative sectors.

As a member of the CICT-ICFT, Eurovisioni was represented by its Secretary General, Giacomo Mazzone, Steering Committee member Eric Schérer (France Télévisions), and EBU rapporteur Antonio Arcidiacono.
